Saffron is an unusual name for a financial services brand. So by using the petal as the starting point for the identity, we created a brand with a visual difference, helping to connect with members on an emotional level.

The new branding was well received by members and staff. And after helping their designers translate the new identity in its new open plan branches Saffron had a brand that stood out from it's competitors, connected with members, and all the tools to make sure it stayed true to its values for another 140 years
